End-User License Agreement

1. License. We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control.

2. Restrictions. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits.

3. Subscriptions. The optional Pro tier renews automatically until canceled. Cancel any time in your App Store / Play Store account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Data and Cloud Sync. If you opt into cloud sync, your trip data is encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM before it leaves your device. Server-side we only ever store ciphertext bound to your user ID and the country slug. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Disclaimer. The eligibility calculations follow each country's official government rule but are advisory; official citizenship decisions are made by each country's immigration authority. We are not your lawyer.

6. Liability. To the extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law. This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales; disputes resolve in the courts of London, UK.
